The Deji of Akure Land Oba Adepoju Adesina descended so low on sunday evening has he battared one of his wife openly in front of the state specialist hospital Akure,pouring a liquid substance suspected to be acid on her for challenging his authority to marry Mrs Remi Abiola,wife of late chief M.K.O Abiola.

When unworthy people find themselves in positions of honour, they will surely mess up themselves as well as the position. A few months ago, the Akure kingmakers voted to dethrone this king for acts un-becoming of a royal father but the Ondo State Government refused to support the Kingmakers' decision thereby making the King retain his throne. By the time the State Government becomes too embarrassed by thetout'sking's misbehaviours they will act in the interest of the people of Akure.
