“unknown” Centralised I.T. management system…

 

Apparently,  there is some ‘expert’ flying into Akure today in respect for some clearly under-annouced IT project,  that is being developed in-house.

Let’s hope the government does more to pre-inform its citizenry of this things.

Would be monitoring this, and posting updates in due course.

  1. I see, are you saying there are no experts in Nigeria ??. I worked closed with a brillant Nigerian Chap back in 2005/ 2006 in Liberia. His main expertise was Databases, Biometrics and BioID Card Systems.

    Not heard of him in a while, some say he is in China.

    Hope this is not a case of Government ignoring local talent for foreign (Less Experienced) ones . You Africans need to develop your people.

    I will try to locate this Nigerian Chap. We called him Sammy but I cannot recall his real african name.

    You saw wrongly. The reason I quoted experts was for the ir0ny.

    I was only letting events unfold before I post more thoughts.

    closely watching events...mark, she is only in town for PostgreSql 'training'.

  3. Ok Sorry , I miss understood you. What type of "events" are we expecting to unfold.
    Hope she won't be kidnapped. I hear lots of Kidnapping in Nigeria these days.
